Who we are

The CSA Association is an international network of facilitators trained by Don Kollmar, the originator of the Complete Self Attunement Process and its Association. Facilitators are professionals from many walks of life who have completed years of training in assisting participants to access the power of their Soul and develop a relationship with self, the world, and the universe. These facilitators actively continue their participation in the Association through ongoing training and retreats.

The Complete Self Association is an eclectic group of people dedicated to this grand and uplifting experiment in living as a Soul that has a person. We are committed to conscious living through the finely tuned and focused use of awareness in meditation and in action. We meet twice a year for retreats and are in regular contact for monthly group meditations. Several members meet weekly in small support groups for further sharing and meditations. Our lifestyles emerge in many different ways, but their base or foundation is always the Complete Self way of being. Our goal is to the further expression of Soul through our individual personal lives, or as Emerson put so clearly in his essay the 'Over Soul', '...to let Soul have Soul's way through us...to engage us to obey'. Together, we meet, eat, play, and explore how might the intelligence of wholeness transform us into living the potential in being alive.

WHY THE NAME COMPLETE SELF ATTUNEMENT?

Complete Self Attunement refers to two interrelated concepts:

Complete Self Attunement describes the state of our being-we are complete, and our souls are in complete and perfect attunement with the Source of being, the Whole of which we are a part.

Complete Self Attunement also describes the process of our being human --our physical, emotional, mental, and personality selves can be attuned to health and wholeness.

The CSA process assists us in allowing our Souls to carry out the healing, integration and harmonizing of all our personal and spiritual aspects. This provides the spiritual foundation to participate in the now of life, to experience living within Wholeness.

MISSION STATEMENT

The Complete Self Attunement Association's mission is to facilitate the emergence of Soul through the person so that one lives with the spiritual and the personal co-existing in Light and joy. We are committed to sharing the power and availability of our process with the world. We share the experiential tools of awareness through personal sessions, meditation recordings, workshops, six day intensives and how we live our lives in the world.
